I had to send back a Newton Baby item because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. From what I remember, I was expecting the return process to be more annoying than it was, but the steps were straightforward and I found the label without having to search all over the place.
After they received the item, the refund came through fairly quickly. I don’t remember any extra emails, questions, or back-and-forth, which was nice. It was just a simple return, and based on that experience, I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

We grabbed this kind of quickly because we were running out of time to get baby stuff sorted, and yeah, it’s not the cheapest option. But the quality feels really solid and it’s held up well so far. I’d rather spend a little more once than deal with replacing things later

My baby spit up on it twice already and the cover washed up really quickly. I also love that I can wash the mattress part too because it just feels so much less gross

We’ve been using the Newton Baby mattress for a while now, and overall it’s been okay. My baby seems comfortable and sleeps fine on it, so no real complaints there. I guess I just expected it to feel a bit more durable for the price. The cover started looking kind of worn after a few washes, which was a little disappointing. Nothing is actually falling apart or anything, but it just doesn’t feel like it’s holding up as well as I thought it would. It’s fine, just not something I’m overly impressed with

I was really happy with how well this fit our crib. There weren’t any awkward gaps around the edges, which gave me peace of mind. Our baby seems comfortable sleeping on it, and overall we’ve been really pleased with it

I got this from newtonbaby.com because I was being cautious about choosing a mattress that felt supportive and safe for my baby. It’s definitely firm, which is what I wanted, but it doesn’t feel like they’re sleeping on a plank or anything.

So far the support has been good. I haven’t noticed any sagging in the middle, and the edges feel stable enough that I’m not worrying about weird dips or uneven spots. My baby sleeps well on it most nights, which has made me feel better about the choice.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it was a bit expensive, and it did take a few nights for us to get used to the firmer feel. Overall though, I’m happy with it and feel like it was a solid, low-regret purchase.

They took their sweet time getting back to me, because apparently urgency is a bold concept. But to be fair, they did eventually fix my issue, so I guess we got there in the end...

My little one gets hot easily, so I was kinda worried at first, but this mattress is really breathable. I actually tried breathing through it myself and could, which made me feel way better. Baby’s been sleeping better now, so have I.

My baby is sleeping longer stretches now, and it feels like we were the last people on earth still waking up every five minutes. I was so exhausted I didn’t think anything would actually help, but things have been a lot calmer at night and we’re all a little less tired now.

I’m fed up with this. My baby kept overheating almost every night, and I just don’t have the patience to keep dealing with something that’s supposed to help them sleep comfortably.

My first impression was how simple this would be to deal with, and that ended up being totally true. My baby had a big spit-up mess on it, and I just rinsed it off and let it dry. No lingering weird smell or anything. It’s made laundry days feel a lot less frustrating.

I ordered this from newtonbaby.com, the setup was a lot more frustrating than I expected. The wording on the site made it seem like it would be simple and straightforward, but that was definitely not my experience.
The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few pieces just didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to. I ended up taking it apart twice because it didn’t sit right, which got old really fast.
For the price, I really thought assembly would be easier. I felt like the wording was kind of misleading because I went into it expecting a quick setup, but instead I wasted a bunch of time and was annoyed before even getting to use it

There was a tiny smell when I first opened it, but it wasn’t a big deal. I just let it air out overnight and it was fine by the next day. For anyone else wondering, it clears up quickly.

I placed my order two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. At first I figured shipping was just running a little behind, but now it’s getting frustrating. The longer it drags on with no clear update, the less confident I feel about ordering from here again.

I’ve been using this for my baby and it just makes me feel a bit safer and more relaxed at night!!! It’s nice having that extra peace of mind when I’m trying to get some sleep!!!

It’s a decent mattress, but honestly... I expected it to feel a little softer. My baby sleeps on it fine some nights, and then other nights, not so much. So I don’t know, I like the idea of it, but when it comes to actual comfort, I’d say it’s average
